While laying in the hospital for the last week I got tons of time to look through magazines and watch Food Network! Nothing worse than reading about and watching food when you cannot eat. None the less I came home with some great recipes and ideas!
This first recipe appealed to me because I love all things beef. To top it off it cooks in the crock-pot. I love low mess, no fuss recipes! To add extra love to the recipe is the fact that you use the left overs to make a sec0nd meal the next day. I gave it a try and boy I was not disappointed. Both recipes are delicious!! I am going to share the main recipe with you on this post and then on another post show you what to do with the left overs. I am sure you will love this as much as my family and I did!
TIP: This recipe calls for a few spices that you may not use very often. I buy these spices in the bulk section of a local store. I buy just the amount I need, cutting the price way down, and there is no waste.
